Ayurvedic treatment was the oldest system of medicine which was originated in India more than 3000 years ago. The Ayurveda words originated from Sanskrit words Ayur (life) and Veda (science) that means ‘Ayurveda means to knowledge of life ‘
Ayurvedic treatment start with an internal purification process, which includes a special diet, massage therapy, and herbal medicines .in Ayurveda believe is that every person is made of five basic components which are found in the universe
- Space
- Air
- Fire
- Water
- Earth
These components combine in the human body to form three major life energy called DOSHA

It believes that the chances of getting sick and healthy are linked to the balance of dosha.

VATA DOSHA
: – In Ayurveda, they believe that Vata dosha was the most powerful of all the three doshas. it controls the body function like how cells divide. it controls mind, breathing, and heart function.

PITTA DOSHA:
– Pitta dosha controls your digestion. The banality of the body to combust and digest mental digestion, sound judgment and discernment are the main functions of pitta dosha. in the belief of chakra, they say that the “light of awareness” is governed by pitta as well.

KAPHA DOSHA:
– Kapha dosha has performed the function for growth of muscles, weight, and immune system
Treatment in Ayurveda

1.Herbal medicines: –
Herbal medicines are effective as paramacular drugs and are handle with some attention and respect. The belief is that herbal medicines are safe and harmless.
2.Panchakarma: –
Panchakarma is the most common and process in Ayurveda doing with medical and herbal oils. panchakarma stands for “five actions “which are

3.Ayurvedic diet: –
The diet focused on promoting the balance between body and mind. ayurvedic diet is a component of ayurvedic and has been practiced for thousands of years. the diet plans a set guideline for when, how, and what should be eaten based on the dosha or body type.
4.Ayurvedic message: –
The message is based on the ancient Indian principles of Ayurveda and pressure points, which deny to heal the body and create a balance between mind and body. ayurvedic massage is done with a mixture of essential oils, which typically include herbal elements.
4.Shirodhara massage: –
It was the classic ayurvedic theory that includes pouring warm natural oil on the forehead in continuous flow. this therapy was very effective in sleep and reduce stress. The term comes from two words Shira “mean head and “Dhara” which means stream. the therapy will also help to improve the blood circulation in all channels of the body and help to circulate the blood to the brain.
